MY PATHS

ABOUT
MY STORY
I grew up in Louisville, Georgia. A small town where everybody knows your name, your people, and your business. Creativity didn’t arrive loudly there. It showed up in resourcefulness, in making something out of what you had, in paying attention. There was no roadmap into design, but there was curiosity, instinct, and a family that never discouraged me from exploring what felt natural.
I found my way to Georgia Southern University, where my love for graphic design and visual storytelling fully clicked. Typography, layout, and long nights in the design lab taught me how structure shapes meaning, not just aesthetics.
That experience trained my eye and shaped how I approach problems, with care, structure, and attention to detail. It continues to influence my work.
From there, my career pulled me beyond where I started on the east coast. I moved out of state. I entered unfamiliar rooms, new industries, and higher expectations. Each transition expanded my range. What began as visual and brand work evolved into product design, where the stakes were different. I started designing platforms, internal tools, and systems that had to operate clearly, consistently, and at scale.
Today, those influences carry through everything I design. My brand studio work centers on helping businesses define direction and how they show up visually. My product work focuses on designing digital systems that function clearly in practice. Across both, I make decisions with care so teams can move forward with confidence.
